He earned his degree from the University Pontificia Javeriana de Bogotá and has completed seminars from NYIT, Los Andes University, and University Piloto of Colombia. Now, with over 24 years of experience he has led all types of projects ranging from institutional, hospitality, offices, residential and theaters.
At the beginning of his career in Colombia, Jaime had the opportunity to develop, design and build residential and commercial projects in the cities of Bogotá, Medellín and Cali. Jaime has also participated and received several awards in various international architecture competitions such as second place for Zapatoca a mix-use project in Popayan, Colombia; honorable mention for the Immigrants Museum located at Ellise Island, NY; first place for self-construction with Guatavita residential complex; second place for Valle University Library; first place for Mega Outlet indoor park in Bogota, and many more.
Jaime migrated to the United States in 2000 where he worked at award-winning global architecture firms Arquitectónica and Gensler. A few of his major projects include South Miami-Dade Cultural arts Center, UM Student Activities Center, and SLS Lux Brickell, Aria on the Bay, Kay at Bay Harbor in collaboration with Arquitectonica, and hospitality projects for citizenM in Brickell and Downtown Miami, Class A office Building 545 Wyn, and La Tropical Brewery in Wynwood, among others in collaboration with Gensler.
After gaining exposure to massive projects and successfully juggling different tasks such as preliminary design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiations, construction administration, interior design, and project coordination, Jaime decided it was time to make his mark and that’s when FORMA Architecture was born.

Sebastian brings experience in the single and multi-family real estate sector, where he has participated in the acquisitions of over $450M worth of real estate. Before entering the real estate sector, Sebastian led the marketing and public relations department at MPH Club. Sebastian also led the marketing and business development strategy creation and implementation for La Martina in the North American Market which led him to join Apple Inc working on the development of multiple pilot programs for the B2B programs of “One Apple”.
Sebastian is currently an Economics concentration at Harvard University.

He has over 5 years of experience in the design and construction phases of luxury residential, urban facilities, professional class A office and architectural conservation projects. He is a person who constantly engages the forefront of ideas, technology and design. Juan graduated from the Pontificia University Javeriana of Bogota and earned multiple diplomas from the Piloto University of Colombia.
